The Abington Township Police Department will be hosting an entry level police officer exam on Friday, July 30th and Saturday, July 31st, 2021. Applications to participate in the exam are now being accepted online. Eligible applicants must:

* Be 21 years of age

* Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent

* Possess a valid driver’s license on or before the deadline for submitting applications

* Be a U.S. Citizen

* Be Physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of a police officers

* Must comply with the Departments Personal Appearance Policy, General Order 41.3.4 on tattoos, branding and body piercing

Applicants will be able to select when to take their exam, either Friday evening or Saturday, once the application process has closed, on a first-come first-serve basis. All applications must be received by 12PM on July 16th, 2021. Click here to apply!
