At 11:20 PM on March 17, 2013, there was an incident outside of Jerzee’s Sports Bar & Grill at 2607 Mt. Carmel Avenue, Glenside that resulted in shots being fired. According to witnesses, Bradley DRISCOLL, age 29 of Abington, fired several shots from a handgun while standing outside of the bar. At least one of the shots struck a pickup truck which was occupied and was just leaving the bar. A bar employee and a bar patron wrestled the gun away from DRISCOLL and DRISCOLL ran on foot towards Penbryn Park. Abington Police Officers located DRISCOLL in Penbryn Park and took him into custody without incident. When arrested, DRISCOLL had possession of a second handgun in an ankle holster. There were no injuries and there were no other arrests. DRISCOLL had a permit to carry a concealed weapon which was issued by The State of Utah.

Bradley DRISCOLL is currently being detained at Abington Police H.Q. awaiting arraignment. He is being charged with recklessly endangering another person, aggravated assault, and related offenses.
