Missing Endangered Person

At approximately 7:20 PM on Wednesday September 7, 2016, 27 year old Vadim TAPCOV, who was distraught, purposely swallowed a large amount of pills which have the potential to be incapacitating or fatal. This was witnessed by his girlfriend who attempted to stop him.

However, she was unsuccessful and TAPCOV walked away with his girlfriend following him. TAPCOV walked from his residence in the 1700 block of Melmar Road in the Huntingdon Valley Section of Abington Township and was last seen walking north on Melmar at Wyndmoor Lane. TAPCOV was last seen wearing a gray shirt, khaki shorts, carrying a black bag and he may not have shoes on. He does not have a phone with him. TAPCOV is 6’ tall with a medium build. Because of his mental state and the large amount of medication ingested, TAPCOV is considered endangered. Anyone who sees TAPCOV should contact 9-1-1 immediately.
