How to Report a Non-Life-Sustaining Business is Failing to Comply with Governor Wolf’s Order
On Monday, March 16th, 2020 Governor Tom Wolf ordered all non-essential businesses be CLOSED starting at midnight. On Wednesday, March 18th the Governor administered additional orders for all Non-Life-Sustaining businesses to close. Enforcement Actions for non-compliance will begin at 12:01AM Saturday, March 21, 2020. A listing of Non-Life Sustaining businesses can be found here. To report a Non-Life-Sustaining business is failing to comply with the Governors orders, please contact the Department of Health directly at 610-631-3000 between 7AM and 8PM EST and 610-635-4300 after 8PM EST daily.
