Endangered Missing Adult

Abington Police are investigating and endangered missing male.  Vadin Topcov, 27, is described as a white male, 6ft tall and slim build. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt or sweat shirt and khaki shorts, carrying a black bag in the area of Moreland and Pine Roads in the Huntingdon Valley section of Abington Township.
