Prouty was last seen at her residence in Abington Township on February 13, 2019 at approximately 1900 hours. It is unknown what she is wearing other than possibly a black winter coat.  Prouty’s hair may be in braids. Prouty does suffer from some medical conditions which she is required to take daily medications and does not have with her.
