How to Make
a Police Report
If
you are a victim of a crime you need to make a police report. In
some cases your insurance company will require a police report.
Or perhaps you are concerned about a suspicious incident or hazardous
condition that you wish to bring to the attention of the Abington
Police.
There are several ways that you can make an official police report:
- In an emergency or hazardous situation, call 9-1-1. A police
officer will be dispatched to the location you specify.
- For non-emergencies, call 215-884-2700. A police officer will
be dispatched to the location you specify.
- You may make a report in person by coming into the Police Station.
We are located at 1166 Old York Road. If you need directions,
- You may contact us via our web site.
An APD representative will contact you to arrange for a report
to be taken. At this time, however, you cannot complete an official
report directly on our web site. We hope to add this feature at
a later time.
